Euneek Cupping

Cupping Therapy is a traditional treatment often used to support circulation, muscle release, and overall wellbeing. Special cups are gently placed on the skin to create light suction for a short period of time. This technique, sometimes described as a “reverse massage,” lifts the muscles and fascia rather than compressing them, helping to encourage fresh blood flow and healthy lymphatic movement.

Cupping therapy may assist with relieving muscular tension, supporting pain and inflammation management, improving circulation, and promoting deep relaxation. Treatments are always tailored to the individual and delivered in a calm, considered way to ensure comfort and safety.

Temporary cupping marks can occur and are a normal response to the treatment. These marks are not bruises and usually fade within a few days to a week. Suction strength and technique can always be adjusted, and gentler options are available for those who are new to cupping or prefer a lighter approach.
